Meet Our Staff
Ray and Donna Reish have been home schooling seven children (currently nine through twenty-four) in Indiana for over thirty years. Together they have written speech and debate materials and dozens of home school workshops. Donna has authored twenty language arts and composition books for two home school providers, including a character-based, all-in-one language arts/composition program entitled Character Quality Language Arts. They operate Training for Triumph, a writing, speaking, cottage class teaching, publishing business along with their oldest five children. They will graduate their fourth home school student this spring, with three more students still learning at home.
Ray Reish along with his wife of twenty-six years, has been home schooling seven children (currently ages nine through twenty-four) in Indiana for over twenty years. He has co-authored speech and debate materials and dozens of home school workshops. He operates Training for Triumph, a writing, speaking, cottage class teaching, publishing business, along with his wife and their five oldest children. Training for Triumph writes and produces a character-based, all-in-one language arts/composition program entitled Character Quality Language Arts. Ray enjoys challenging and encouraging dads to be servant leaders in their home schools. The Reishes will graduate their fourth home school student this spring, with three more students still learning at home.
Donna Reish along with her husband of twenty-six years, has been home schooling seven children (currently ages nine through twenty-four) in Indiana for over twenty years. She and her husband have co-authored speech and debate materials and dozens of home school workshops. Donna has written thirty language arts and composition books for two home school providers, including a character-based, all-in-one language arts/composition program entitled Character Quality Language Arts. Her family owns and operates Training for Triumph, a writing, speaking, cottage class teaching, publishing business. The Reishes will graduate their fourth home school student this spring, with three more students still learning at home.
Joshua Reish - is the oldest child of Ray and Donna Reish and a home school graduate. He has a BA in history in which he tested out of the entire degree, except for two classes for which there were no tests available. Joshua has co-authored speech and debate materials with his family and is a typesetter/editor for Character Quality Language Arts, his family’s character-based, all-in-one language arts/composition program. He is married to a young lady who was also home schooled her entire life. Joshua enjoys teaching cottage classes for Training for Triumph (his family’s writing, speaking, publishing, teaching business) and speaking to home school audiences.
Lisa Reish - is the wife of Joshua Reish, oldest son of Ray and Donna Reish. She is a homechool graduate who was homeschooled her entire life. Lisa teaches art classes for Training for Triumph's cottage classes and helps with conventions and shows.
Kayla Reish - is the oldest daughter of Ray and Donna Reish and a home school graduate. She attends nursing school at IPFW in Fort Wayne, Indiana and is a ministry student at a satellite of Southwestern University. Kayla has co-authored speech and debate materials with her family; has written six language arts books for second through fourth grade students for the Advanced Training Institute; has written two educational books for her family’s home business; teaches writing, spanish and hischool sciences in her familys cottage classes; and speaks and writes for home schoolers. She has authored many of the elementary-level Character Quality Language Arts books written and published by Training for Triumph, her family’s writing, speaking, cottage class teaching, publishing business. Additionally, Kayla serves and learns through a spanish church in the Fort Wayne area and teaches Bible and Christian living at her local church.
Cami Reish - is the third child of Ray and Donna Reish and graduated from high school two years ago. She attends ministry school as an early entry student at a satellite of Southwestern University; interprets at the Deaf Chapel; and directs One Heart, the disability ministry of First Assembly of God. Cami has co-authored speech and debate materials and an educational coloring book of godly women; speaks and writes workshops for home schoolers; and teaches elementary and middle school speech, piano, elementary writing, and sign language classes for her family’s cottage classes. She has been an editor for Training for Triumph, her family’s writing, speaking, cottage class teaching, and publishing business for three years.
Kara Reish - is the “middle child” of Ray and Donna Reish and is a senior in their home school. She has competed in speech and debate for several; teaches speach and writing in her family's cottage classes; plays piano; and enjoys working in Training for Triumph, her family’s writing, speaking, cottage class teaching, publishing business as an editor and secretary. Kara speaks to home school parents with her two older sisters about such topics as parent-teen relationships and to home school young people about relationships with their parents and serving the Lord by serving your family.
