Correspondence Writing Critiquing Available

As a stepping stone to our new correspondence writing classes that we will offer the second semester of the 08-09 school year, Training for Triumph is offering a writing critiquing service for those desiring to have their students' writing critiqued (beginning this fall). All items sent to TFT should be carefully labeled - each page of a paper, outline, etc. with student's name, address, email, and phone number. All correspondence will be directed to the student's parent AND student (not student alone), so please include parent's name as well.

This is a new service and will likely change a lot over the months, but will start with the following criteria:

  1. One time writing critique: A one time writing critique is available for one paper and outline:
    1. Outline critique (all types of outlines accepted): $5.00
    2. Paper: $5 for first page; $2 for each page of the paper thereafter
    3. $20 minimum for one time writing critique
    4. Mail paper and blank audio cassette labeled with your name, address, and paper title, along with a self addressed stamped mailing envelope and payment to:

        Training for Triumph Writing Services
        6456 E US 224

    5. Allow 2-4 weeks for return.

    1. $12 per week for following schedule:
      1. week send rough draft and outline of paper
      2. While waiitng for those results, send another paper's outline and rough draft at the end of week two.
      3. At the end of ext week send the first week's revised ("messy") paper and final copy while waiting for the second paper's results (you will have the first week's results by then)
      4. At the end of the next week, the student will turn in a new paper and outline while waiting for the previous week's results, etc.
    2. All assignments will be given by the parent; critiquing only will be given by TFT
