Ray and Donna have learned to teach and parent through others and through "doing the stuff." Their professional credentials, however, are available here.

Ray Reish is a homeschool father of seven, director of Training for Triumph (ministry and publishing company for homeschoolers), and materials manager at a local plastics plant. Ray's undergraduate degree is from Ball State University in accounting and he has done master's work in business and Bible. Ray is a CPA and CMA and has been in management in plants his entire career.

Donna Reish is a homeschool mother of seven, author, editor, and public speaker for Training for Triumph (ministry and publishing company for homeschoolers). Donna has written nearly thirty language arts and composition books for TFT's publishing company, as well as for the Advanced Training Institute. Donna's undergraduate degree is in elementary education from Ball State University, and her master's work is in reading education, also from Ball State.
